Poem: Boring

Boring

The following things
have been deemed boring:
hearing about dreams,
dinner guest who stare
only at their screens,
the folk dances of
every country,
committee meetings,
prolonged customer
service call greetings,
C-SPAN proceedings,
folding the laundry,
posing for pictures
after big weddings,
and reading through lists
pretending to be
decent poetry.
